Square Shape High Density Cartridge Heaters are specially developed for those application where a drilled hole is not practical.Heating coil wound around a ceramic core and isolated from SS/Incoly sheath by highly compressed layer of magnesium oxide powder. These heaters are ideal for milled slots in long platens where drilling a long hole is not possible.These heaters gives more surface contact per running inch than round cartridge heaters or D shape heaters giving longer life.

Low/Medium Watt Density Cartridge Heaters are manufactured in SS/brass tube. Resistance wire helical coil evenly stretched and strung through a steatite insulator ,MGO powder filled in remaining space inside the tube and insulator to increases thermal conductivity and life.
